My Poetry. Black or White.
Why does it matter
If we are black or white?
Do we really care,
And must we have to fight?

Beneath our different skin,
We all bleed red;
We're brought up as humans,
Nourished and fed.

Just because we are different,
Does not grant us the right
To suppress the vulnerable
With all our might.

To abuse our power,
To think we're better than you,
To treat you with contempt,
And commit murder, too.

Why do we think
That racism is cool,
When in a just eye,
You are seen as a fool?

The world is crumbling,
And Humanity's in a mess;
It's all our own doing,
We must confess.

Now we are protesting,
And the bullets will fly;
Yet at the end of the day,
We all will die.
