In a landscape often marred by scorn,
The headlines focus on the fray.
But look beyond the noise and shadows
To see what’s really at play.
While bitterness may shout the loudest,
It’s a small voice in the end.
For kindness holds a deeper power
On which we can always depend.
We wonder why the cycle continues,
Or what these struggles truly gain.
It happens with such cold persistence,
Causing so much needless pain.
Whether it’s status, faith, or party,
Or the labels we’re told to wear—
Does the weight of all this division
Outweigh the grace we could share?
Be courageous and open your heart,
Regardless of who someone loves.
The shade of a person’s skin matters not;
We all seek the light from above.
The era of prejudice should be over;
It’s time for the hatred to cease.
Life brings enough natural challenges
Without sabotaging our peace.
So offer a hand to the stranger,
Show the world a more selfless way.
Whatever their journey or heritage,
Let fairness lead every day.
