Hello Dear Friends.

Hello friends. I am just out of Hospital. The operation went very well, and although it was major the surgeons are happy.

My recovery will take a few months but I do get better day by day. I cannot do too much as the straining could open my wounds and set me back, so I am taking it easy for now.

thanks guys for continuing to visit my blog in my abscence and rest assured I will be over to yours very soon to catch up on all my reading.
