This is a Hard one, good luck friends.
What holiday was cancelled in Scotland for over 400 years?

- New Year?
- Easter?
- Mothers Day?
- Christmas?
Awe guys, you wont believe it but the correct answer is Christmas.. It was cancelled for over 400 years. I think if they had cancelled New Year there would have been an uprising lol..

I am guessing New Year because I cannot imagine the others in your list would ever be cancelled in Scotland. My guess, New Year?
Thanks Suzette x
Let’s see how far reasoning gets me. It seems like New Year is particularly important to Scots and that removing a local holiday might be something an oppressive invader might do.
– New Year
Thanks David…
