an attractive late Georgian (c.1800-1837) Scottish smith made toating fork.
– The toasting fork is blacksmith made in wrought iron and with a set of brass forks, crudely shaped and cut.
– The wrought iron is decorated lovingly with a heart shaped finial to the fork top and with a couple of wreathen twists to the handle. A beautifully simple and naive antique item in solid condition.
