People say this museum offers a fascinating glimpse into Roman history, with well-preserved architecture, artifacts, and informative audio guides. They highlight the immersive atmosphere, the helpful and friendly staff, and the well-organized layout that allows for a smooth flow around the exhibits. They also like the interactive displays and visuals that recreate Roman life.

“All right but apart from sanitation, medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh-water system and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?”
lol not much, thanks james.
I visited Matlock and Bath but missed the museum. The entrance was right off the sidewalk so I got a photo with the signage as it was closed that morning. Thanks for sharing!

The Roman Baths in Bath is well worth the visit, my Mum-in-law lives in Bath so we have taken the tour and I recommend it and also the The Cornish Bakery just a few steps away.
